Abstract
Eosinophilic meningitis caused by the Angiostrongylus Cantonensis parasite that causes symptoms in humans due to the consumption of mollusks with larvae in the Ríos Province. Eosinophilic meningitis caused by the parasite Angiostrongylus cantonensis is a rare but serious disease. This parasite is commonly found in mollusks and can infect humans when raw or undercooked mollusks containing larvae of the parasite are consumed. Symptoms may include headache, stiff neck, fever, and other neurological problems.
