Abstract
The associative organizations, within their internal structure, carry out diverse activities grouped into specific areas, where lines of authority are established to facilitate coordination and the achievement of objectives in each project. Through research and with the support of university parameters, a solid structure was designed that allows for the orderly control of the applied strategies. These strategies were adapted to the needs identified in the diagnostic assessment, guaranteeing an efficient process aligned with the institutional goals. Recognized marketing tools were used, highlighting the use of social media as a key resource for disseminating information about the ventures. The TikTok platform was used to reach a young segment of the population, generating greater interaction and visibility. In addition, a website was created that compiles the history of all the ventures, strengthening the organizational identity and the connection with the public. Together, these actions reflect a strategic plan oriented towards innovation and the use of digital media, contributing significantly to the fulfillment of the stated objectives and the strengthening of the associative organizations.
