Proposal for animation techniques for guiding people with visual disabilities. National botanical garden

Abstract
The study takes as context the National Botanical Garden, a reference institution in Cuba for the preservation of plant diversity. Among its primary tasks on accessibility and inclusion, it works on adapting its guidance services for people with visual disabilities. The objective set is to propose accessible tourist animation techniques for the visually impaired segment, in guided tours of the National Botanical Garden, so that they contribute to achieving greater inclusion and motivation of this demand segment. A descriptive and exploratory research was carried out, theoretical and empirical methods were applied through different phases necessary to obtain results and analysis that led to determining the main barriers that people with visual disabilities face when making visits or guided tours. , as well as, practical recommendations on how to correctly guide clients in this disability situation and finally, animation techniques that allow inclusion and accessibility are proposed to be applied in the National Botanical Garden, validated by a discussion group made up of specialists experienced in the topics of accessible and inclusive tourism and tourist animation.
